Larger simulators with the same characteristics as the BIOT-M, but with the addition of different types of pathologies, such as calcifications, atheromas or aneurysms.
These larger simulators allow practice to acquire skills in ultrasound-guided vascular punctures, vascular catheterisation, and also incorporate pathologies (thrombi, atheromas, extrinsic compression, etc.), for a better understanding and performance of the techniques used in this type of pathology.
They are manufactured with a self-developed gel, BIOTME®, based on mineral oil, which is rot-proof. Depending on the technique to be used, the vascular system may or may not have a silicone conduit. When this is not necessary, the gel itself forms the conduit that is channelled to the outside, normally by adapting a luer-lock connection. This means that when the simulator is pressed with the hand or the head of an ultrasound machine, it collapses, returning to its initial shape when the pressure is relieved. They incorporate a blood developed by BIOTME which has a Hounsfield unit similar to human blood.
Central line simulator with aneurysms
For two-vein ultrasound guidance without tube with aneurysm simulation.
The gelatine itself shapes the pathway. Loaded with blood simulant allows fluid to be withdrawn and injected. Compact, does not degrade over time and does not lose volume. Fitted with double luer-lock outlets with plug. Line diameters of 10mm.

Central line simulator with calcifications
For ultrasound guidance with two tubeless veins with simulation of calcifications.
The gelatine itself shapes the pathway. Loaded with blood simulant allows fluid to be withdrawn and injected. Compact, does not degrade over time and does not lose volume. Fitted with double luer-lock outlets with plug. 10mm diameter vias.

Simulator with femoral access with calcifications
Allows intraosseous vascular access. Loaded with blood simulant allows fluid to be drawn and injected. Suitable for simulated practice in critical patients when intravenous access is not possible. Widely used in cardiac arrest, burns and especially in children. Compact, does not degrade over time, does not lose volume. Fitted with double luer-lock outlets with cap. Diameter of the bone simile of 15 and 10mm. external diameter.

Simulator with femoral access with aneurysms
For femoral access with two vertical branched vessels with aneurysms for localisation and assessment. Without tube, the gelatine itself shapes the pathway. Loaded with blood simile allows fluid to be extracted and injected. The upper track is 20 mm from the surface, with a diameter of 8 mm. Compact, it does not degrade over time and does not lose volume. Equipped with double luer-lock outlets with plug.
Practices to be performed
Enables ultrasound guidance of arteriovenous fistulas allowing fluid circulation to check their function. Loaded with blood simile allows fluid to be extracted and injected. Compact, does not degrade over time and does not lose volume. Fitted with double luer-lock ports with plug. Line diameters of 8 and 10 mm. at 20 mm of the simulator surface.
Practices to be performed
Thanks to our BIOTME Gel, the ultrasound image of our simulators is hyper-realistic, offering an unparalleled sensation and training.
