Most products are shipped from the warehouse. This means that items will reach their destination within the first 5 business days after receipt of payment. Only in exceptional cases (long distances or customs processing) may longer delivery times take place.
At BIOTME, we are environmentally conscious, as the material used in the manufacturing of our simulators is reusable and recyclable. Additionally, to prevent waste accumulation and promote valorization, we cover the collection of the simulator after use when purchasing a new one. The standard packaging uses recyclable materials and is free of CFC.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your BIOTECH MEDICAL SIMULATION (BIOTME) product, we will pick it up at the source within 15 days of its reception and refund the total purchase value. The purchased products come with a 2-year warranty.
